Naeba (Mt. Naeba), Japan

Aspen-Snowmass, Colorado

Regardless of your skiing experience, Aspen-Snowmass will cater to your needs. There are runs and lifts to access the many terrains. Due to the various classes for adults and kids, families often prefer to visit Aspen. Aspen is also famous for its fabulous nightlife.

As you go higher up, it gets less crowded. In other words, the higher you go, the more space you have for yourself. At Aspen-Snowmass, you’ll find many blue runs, bowls, and tree skiing space. Find Ruthie’s Run to take you to Aspen; it’s pretty fast.

Telluride, Colorado

The overall terrain and the great lift infrastructure are undoubtedly the selling points of Telluride. At the awesome ski resort, visitors have access to 18 lifts. Two among them are high-speed gondolas while seven are high-speed quads. With the multiple runs, you move straight to the beautiful old town of Telluride.

Kirkwood, California

Many skiers appreciate Kirkwood for its snow quality, which is very light and dry. This happens because Kirkwood is located at the top of the Sierra Crust. Experts love both Mammoth and Kirkwood in the Tahoe area due to its diverse terrain. At the top, you’ll find many long and narrow hills.

Kirkword is also renowned for many nice medium-sized steep terrains. Generally, the ski resort has a calm atmosphere that feels like home. Most people there are ski enthusiasts that prefer great terrain. Traffic is not a problem as Kirkwood is far from populated areas.

Big Sky, Montana

As the name suggests, Big Sky is truly BIG. The ski resort offers 3,832 acres of skiable space, which is the largest in the state. Also, the vertical drop (4,366 feet) is among the biggest in the country and across North America.

Jay Peak, Vermont

Here is another ski resort with a significant amount of snow. Jay Peak witnesses around 370 inches of snow per year.
