With a few months already gone by in the 2020 PGA Season, may people wonder how many tournaments Tiger Woods will win? To this point, during the calendar year, Woods tied for ninth at the Farmer’s Insurance Open in January, and was in 68th place when The Genesis Invitational ended back in February. Since Woods has not yet won in 2020, here are some tournaments remaining that he has the best chances to be on top.

#1 – Capital One’s The Match: Champions for Charity – In May, Woods will team up with former Super Bowl-winning quarterback Peyton Manning, as the pair takes on Phil Mickelson and Tampa Bay quarterback Tom Brady. Even though this is not an individual tournament, Woods has a great opportunity to win this matchplay. Woods will also have added incentive against Mickelson since Woods lost to him in a head-to-head match last year.

#2 – The PGA Championship – When majors come around, you know that Woods usually plays at his best. In August, Woods will have a few tournaments under his belt, and hopefully playing at his best.

#3 – The BMW Championship – A few weeks after the PGA Championship, the BMW Championship is on the docket. Woods has had some success here in the past and could be primed and ready to get a victory here against the competition.

#4 – The Masters – The reigning championship will play in November, which is unusual, to try to win back-to-back championships in Augusta, Georgia. This would be quite the accomplishment for an injury-riddled player in his forties.
