As Tom Brady continues to play quarterback, this year for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, may people want to know how much longer one of the best NFL quarterbacks of all-time is going to play. Back in 2018, Tom Brady himself was asked if he could play five more seasons. Brady told Bleacher Report, “It will be a challenge for me. I don’t think it’s going to be easy. But I think I can do it.”

Even as far back as 2015, Tom Brady said he wanted to play ten more years. However, each year, Brady has mulled retirement more and more as a realistic option. When Brady signed with the Buccaneers this season, the contract was for two-year, $50 million. Hopefully, this means Brady will play in the 2021-2022 season as well.

However, there is always the possibility that Brady gets injured or decides he will finish the current 2020-2021 season. If Brady and the Buccaneers win the Super Bowl during this season, he may have reason to end on top like a few NFL quarterbacks such as John Elway and Peyton Manning. Both of those quarterbacks have been treated as some of the greats for winning the Super Bowl to finish off their careers.

To this point, Brady has won a ton NFL championships. When all is said and done, he will be one of the best, if not the best, NFL quarterback of all-time. Brady has nothing else to prove. But, right now, Brady is just having a lot of fun in Tampa Bay.
