Baseball season is almost back, thankfully! Let’s check out the top-5 teams competing for a World Series title. See if your list matches up.

#5 – Minnesota Twins

Though the Twins lost Eddie Rosario, they have a plethora of minor league talent in the outfield. The back part of their bullpen got better. Will it lead them to a playoff series victory in 2021? We say, “Yes,” as long as Nelson Cruz keeps crushing the baseball.

#4 – Atlanta Braves

Mike Soroka is coming back from a torn Achilles to add to other great rotational players like Max Fried and Ian Anderson. If the offense can stay hot, they may get to the NLCS.

#3 – New York Yankees

The Yankees are always in the conversation, even though they lost J.A. Happ to the Twins. But, with Gerrit Cole and Corey Kluber, the pinstripes will be just fine.

#2 – San Diego Padres

The Padres will have it tough. With the Los Angeles Dodgers in the division, it will be hard to win a division title. But, if they want to be the best of the bunch, they have to knock off the top dog. Maybe this will be the year.

#1 – Los Angeles Dodgers

Just when you thought that the Dodgers could never win the whole thing, they look to be on a run to win back-to-back titles. With the addition of Trevor Bauer, the Dodgers could either go off into the sunset winning it all or having his antics hurt the team in the long-run. Even Clayton Kershaw would not be able to hold the team together.
