Jumping Into The Ring To Reveal Some Of Pro-Wrestlings Notable Power Couples

We all know that the life of a pro-wrestler comes with a hefty price. Being a pro-wrestler involves a lot of hard work, dedication, and focus on your craft. You have very little free time as you have to put so much effort into perfecting your body, let alone your skills. These pro-wrestlers managed to strike the perfect balance. They dedicated themselves to their work but also found the time to have a relationship. And what brilliant relationships they have had over the years! There might be a lot of acting and fake drama on the screen, but we can assure you that each of these relationships is genuine. Check out this list of some of the beautiful partners of some of the world’s top pro-wrestlers.
AJ Lee & CM Punk
A couple that wrestles together stays together. At least according to this pro-couple! Most of the couples on this list have different careers, but this power couple chose the same occupation. They have been happily married for over five years.

In 2015, AJ Lee swapped out the wrestling ring for pens as she retired from pro-wrestling. She became a bestselling author after her memoir Crazy is My Superpower was published in 2017. You can still catch CM Punk on the courts!
Bess Katramados & Big Show
No, that’s not his real name! Big Show, named Paul Donald Wight, is a seven-time world champion in pro wrestling. He married Bess Katramados in 2002 after his first marriage broke down. Bess and Big have been happy ever since!

Bess found fame elsewhere in the media world as a model. She looks tiny next to Big Show, but she is pretty tall, standing at 5 feet 8 inches! We reckon that anyone would look small next to someone like Big Show.
Cody & Brandi Rhodes
These two are another power couple who got together after meeting at work. They are a pair of professional wrestlers who were married in 2013. And that is not all! Cody’s wife, Brandi, also works on various television networks.

During her childhood, Brandi was a competitive figure skater. You can really see her commitment to sports! In 2021, Brandi and Cody had their first child together. We wish Brandi, Cody, and Liberty Iris the best for the future!
Jessica Lockhart & Chris Jericho
This couple is the definition of relationship goals. They have been married since 2000. Looking at this picture, it is easy to see why. They radiate happiness! Unlike Chris, Jessica does not work in the same field of wrestling.

In 2020, Jessica and Chris renewed their vows together, proving the strength of their marriage to the world. Jessica chose to raise their three kids away from the attention of the media. We fully support her in this wise decision.
Samantha Rotunda & Bray Wyatt
This pair has been together since high school and eventually decided to get married in 2012. Unfortunately, their relationship was not as happy as some of the others on this list. Samantha discovered that Wyatt was having an affair.

Naturally, Samantha filed for divorce from Bray, and a judge granted it. This story is somber because the two have two children together. We hope that they managed to keep things civil for the sake of their kids.
Christian Cage and Denise Hartmann
This couple is another long-lasting one! In 2001, they tied the knot and currently live in Tampa, Florida. Denise works as a model, while Christian is a pro-wrestler for All Elite Wrestling. Wait until you hear how they met!

Christian was walking down the streets of London when he saw Denise. He was so amazed at her beauty that he started talking to her immediately. The rest, as they say, is history. Love at first sight really does exist!
Natalya Neidhart & Tyson Kidd
Here’s another successful pair for the list. Tyson Kidd is a wrestler who is famous around the world, and his wife Natalya is a two-time WWE women’s champion! Natalya currently works as a journalist, where she documents her wrestling career.

They first got together in 2001 and have been madly in love ever since. We guess that having this shared experience in the wrestling ring has kept this couple close together. You can catch them together on the program Total Divas.
Rebecca Curci & Shawn Michaels
The story of this couple seems like another fairy tale – but it is entirely true! Rebeca worked as a dancer for the Nitro Girls. They were a team that entertained the crowds during breaks for the World Championship Wrestling.

They soon began seeing each other and got married in 1999 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The funniest part of this story is that they only had one other person present at the wedding. Who was it? An Elvis Presley impersonator!
Triple H. & Stephanie McMahon
Although she’s not a wrestler, Stephanie McMahon is still a significant figure in the world of wrestling. She works as WWE’s chief brand officer and is frequently seen on-screen. This isn’t surprising, as her father is an iconic wrestling figure.

Triple H’s real name is Paul Michael Levesque, and he has had three daughters with Stephanie. Funnily enough, their relationship started as something for the screen but developed into a real relationship soon after they started dating in 2000.
Mike & Maria Kanellis
You won’t believe how many jobs this lady has! Not only did Maria work as a professional wrestler, but she was also a singer, actress, and a model! The term ‘triple-threat is not enough to describe her many talents!

In 2014, the couple married, and Maria currently works as her husband’s career manager. They had their second child together in 2020, following the birth of their daughter, Fredrica Moon, in 2018. They have a very bright future together!
Brie Bella & Daniel Bryan
Having one wrestler in the family is impressive, but two seems like it is a miracle. That is exactly what happened here with Nikki and Brie Bella! Known as the Bella Twins, she and her twin sister are a famous female wrestling duo.

However, Brie decided to call it quits on the wrestling ring and settled for a different kind of ring instead – a wedding ring! She married her husband, Daniel Bryan, in 2014. They had their second daughter, Buddy Dessert, in 2020.
Lauren Hashian & The Rock
Dwayne Johnson, also known as The Rock, is probably more famous today for his acting roles than his wrestling career. However, it is impossible to forget his famous worldwide career, as he used to be one of the most prominent faces for WWE.

The pair first started dating in 2006 after co-starring in the movie The Game Plan. They only married in 2019, but something tells us that the team has a bright future ahead of them. This is the Rock’s second marriage.
Sarah Jade & Dave Bautista
This dream couple got married in 2014 and seemed to be a match made in heaven. Sadly, it looks like the cards were not in their favor, as they divorced in 2019. It’s not clear what the reasons were.

Sarah Jade works as a professional pole dancer and is currently in a relationship with a new man. There’s no word on Dave being back on the market, but we wish both of them the best of luck for the future.
Crystal Goins & Kane
So far, most of the couples on this list seem to be pretty similar to each other. Not these two, though! Crystal and Kane have been married for over 25 years. Crystal worked as a counselor in college when they met.

The two of them created the “Jacobs Agency Allstate Insurance” company together after they married. They now work together selling life insurance, which is a pretty sharp change from being a professional wrestler! Crystal also has a master’s degree in Psychology.
Catalina White & Jake Hager
We’re not sure who is more famous in this power couple! Jack Swagger has had a career with WWE since 2006 and is now an iconic star. Catalina White is a world-famous model who has posed for various magazines.

It seems that Catalina has recently traded in the fame for privacy. She does not appear in any risqué photos anymore, and she has hidden most of her social media profiles. We guess she wants their relationship to stay private.
Michelle McCool & The Undertaker
With a stage name like that, you might think that this story has a dark ending. Surprisingly, this is a happy story! Michelle and Mark Calaway (aka the Undertaker) got married in 2010. They had their first daughter two years later.

Like Mark, Michelle is a professional wrestler and a two-time winner of the WWE Divas competition. This is her second marriage but Mark’s third marriage. Bonus: Michelle was actually a middle school teacher before she made the switch to wrestling!
Wanda Ferraton & Bill Goldberg
Like the Rock and Lauren Hashian, this is another couple who met while filming a movie together. Which movie, you might ask? The Christmas comedy-horror, Santa Slay! We have no idea how that made sparks fly, but the magic is still there.

Wanda was working as a stunt double for the movie when they met. The pair have been married since 2005 and currently live in Boerne, Texas, with their son, Gage. Apparently, they are always looking for the next thrill!
Sharmell Huffman & Booker T.
Here is another couple that is both wrestlers. Unlike some of the other ladies on this list, Sharmell Huffman decided to become a wrestling manager instead of wrestling. Lucky for her, this is precisely how she met her husband.

They met through World Championship Wrestling. In 2005, the pair were married and had twins just five years after. They later called it quits on wrestling and became self-ordained clergy members instead. It’s undoubtedly a very bizarre career change!
Charlie Haas and Jackie Gayda
These two took the term “keep it in the family” quite literally. After getting married in 2005, this pair had four children – enough to make their own wrestling team! They’re both keen athletes, and this shows in their current careers.

The couple opened their own shop, called “Custom Muscle Nutrition and Smoothie Shop.” They promote healthy living and stay fit as part of their brand. If you take a look at their bodies, it’s pretty clear they follow a strict regimen!
Rebecca Quin & Seth Rollins
Before meeting her husband, Rebecca was a pretty known wrestler in her own right. When she got together with Seth in 2019, however, they were soon catapulted to international levels of fame. They decided to get married in 2021.

Before they got married, Rebecca and Seth had their first child. Their daughter, Roux, was born in 2021. It seems that their wedding took some time to get finalized, as they first got engaged back in 2019 before tying the knot.
Stephanie Washington & Bret Hart
This couple is living proof that love knows no boundaries. Stephanie and Bret have a 30-year age gap between the two of them, but that doesn’t stop them. They first got together in 2000 and finally married in 2014.

Unfortunately, lots of internet trolls have attacked the pair on social media because of the age difference. Even so, the pair are still going strong, and they do not let nasty individuals get in the way of their relationship.
Sting & Sabine Glenn
Sting is a legendary wrestler, and for a solid reason. He was married to his first wife for 24 years but sadly divorced her. However, he married his current wife, Sabine Glenn, in 2015. They have been together ever since.

It seems that Sabine has had a very positive impact on Sting, as he massively turned his life around after they got together. His life went back onto the straight-and-narrow path, and he has continued to make all the right decisions.
Braun Strowman & Kamilla Kaine
Relatively little is known about this wrestling legend’s relationship with his girlfriend, Kamilla Kane. But what we do know has been very positive! Kamilla used to be a wrestler and still works as part of WWE. She’s also worked independently.

It is unclear how long they have been together, although some sources estimate they first started dating in 2014. We can understand their wish to keep things private. After all, we’re aware fame can ruin a relationship for good.
Randy Orton & Kimberly Kessler
Kimberly Kessler was a fan of wrestling since her childhood. It seems like she finally got her dream when she met Randy! They met at a WWE event and got married in 2015. Randy comes from a long line of wrestlers.

If that was not enough, Randy is also the youngest WWE World Heavyweight Champion of all time. This pair decided to make things even more permanent by getting matching tattoos to show off their undying commitment to one another.
John Morrison & Taya Valkyrie
For most of us, getting married after a year seems like a quick decision. But not for this dream couple, which made things official in 2018. They are both very passionate about wrestling and have done it for a long time.

In fact, Taya has been working in gymnastics and ballet ever since she was four. That is what we call commitment! She eventually found her way into wrestling, which is how she met her man, wrestling icon John Morrison.
Roman Reigns & Galina Becker
Galina Becker has a number of successes under her belt. Before becoming her husband’s manager, she worked as a fitness model and became very famous. It is not surprising that she met Roman, and the pair eventually fell in love.

You might think that they met on the job – wrong! They actually met at college, studying for a major in Management, where the pair hit it off immediately and fell in love. They have been an amazing couple ever since.
Chelsea Green & Matt Cardona
Here is another dream couple with the same aspirations. Although Chelsea only entered the ring in 2016, Matt has competed as a professional wrestler since 2004. They started dating in 2017 and announced their engagement just two years later.

Unfortunately, the vicious outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 meant that they had to postpone their wedding. Hopefully, they can finally tie the knot soon, as this is one gorgeous couple that certainly deserves a ton of happiness.
Mick Foley and Colette Christie
This story is truly heart-warming. Mick and Colette tied the knot in 1992 and have been happily married ever since. Mick has never felt the need to cheat, unlike many other wrestling relationships, as Colette is all he sees.

In fact, they have had four children together, and one of them is 30 years old now. He has even become a professional wrestler himself! Mick and Colette have even made many appearances on reality TV shows, like Celebrity Wife Swap.
Jennifer McDaniel & Hulk Hogan
Anyone who chooses to marry the legendary wrestler Hulk Hogan certainly has large boots to fill. Luckily, Jennifer has the body for it – literally! She’s a whopping 6 feet 5 inches tall, proving she’s more than a match for him.

Despite their 20-year age gap, the pair are madly in love with fitness as much as they are in love with each other. Age isn’t the only difference – Jennifer works as a makeup artist, while Hulk’s known for wrestling. However, in 2021, the two got divorced.
Meredith Whitney & John Layfield
Even before marrying pro-wrestler John Layfield, Meredith was an impressive businesswoman in her own right. She was actually nicknamed “The Oracle of Wall Street” for her skills in predicting the stock market and being one of the most influential businesswomen.

We hope that her relationship with John manages to stay this lucky! We have a strong feeling that they will last, as they’ve been happily married since 2005, which was 16 years ago. That’s sure to make you feel old!
Giovanna Yannotti & Kurt Angle
Here is another superstar couple! This time, it is professional wrestler Kurt Angle and his wife, Giovanna Yannotti. Giovanna has worked as a model, stunt woman, and professional actor. In 2012, they got hitched and had four children together.

Like a few other couples on this list, they met after filming a movie together. One of their children was adopted from Bulgaria. It just goes to show you how much love this couple has in their hearts for each other.
Matt Hardy & Reby Sky
Matt Hardy and Reby Sky shared time on WWE while Hardy worked as Rebecca’s trainer. So, it was pretty inevitable that they would end up marrying each other in 2013. While he was in the WWE, Hardy was the face of many promotions and advertising.

These relationship storylines have included some romantic ones, too. No wonder that Reby Sky has experience working as an actress, too! You can catch her on various reality TV shows, including True Life, Vixens Who Rule, and Boarding Pass.
Edge & Beth Phoenix
One thing we’ve learned from this list is that wrestling seems to breed romance. That’s certainly true with this adorable couple, who are both experienced wrestlers. They married in 2016 after being in a relationship together for five years.

The pair have two daughters together. Lyric Rose Copeland was born in 2013, while Ruby Ever Copeland was born in 2016. This couple is going from strength to triple strength, and we can’t wait to see what’s next for them.
Bo Dallas & Sarah Backman
This lady is also a professional wrestler like her husband, Bo, but a different kind – she’s an arm wrestler! It might not seem like something you can really do, but Sarah has had this career since the age of 14.

She recently switched to becoming a real estate broker and is known for her cutthroat approach to business. Looks can be deceiving – Sarah is someone you should be scared of meeting both inside and outside of the ring!
Jeff & Karen Jarrett
As one of the leading figures of the Impact Knockout Division, Karen has a number of impressive achievements under her belt. Before meeting Jeff, she was married to Kurt Angle, who is actually presented a bit earlier on this list.

They sadly divorced in 2008, but this left room for Karen to meet the love of her life. In 2010, she got hitched to Jeff, and the couple has been inseparable ever since. They actually had a beautiful storyline before dating!
Kofi Kingston & Kori Campfield
Fame is not for everybody, and Kofi Kingston is certainly an example of this. Since getting together with her man, Kori Campfield, Kofi has tried to keep herself out of the spotlight and has been very private about her life.

You might think it’s unusual, but she doesn’t even have social media! We’re not surprised, as fame is a very tricky thing to deal with. Even so, we know that the couple has two children together and is happily married.
Kevin Owens and Karina Lamer
Kevin does not speak English as his first language, but that does not stop him from being a WWE icon. He actually started speaking English from watching WWE on TV and began his career at the very young age of 16.

Unlike Kevin, Karina has no experience of being in the wrestling world. Perhaps that’s why they got along so well over the years! They have two children together and have been married since 2007. This is a pair we’re sure will last.
Sarath Ton and Sasha Banks
This story starts with a little tragedy. Saratha started working in WWE in 2012, but unfortunately, he had to give it all up in 2015 after suffering a serious injury. He continued working as a costume designer for WWE.

Sasha, his wife, carried on and became a winner for the RAW Women’s Championship in 2016. She’s actually the cousin of internationally famous rapper Snoop Dogg! It seems that Sasha has a number of famous faces in her family.
John Cena & Shay Shariatzadeh
John Cena is another legend of the wrestling world, so it would make sense that his wife is just as famous as him. He claims that it was “love at first sight” when they met and married after a year.

Shay works in the field of engineering, which is a million miles away from being a professional wrestler. Still, they appear to be very happy together, and we strongly hope that this relationship is one for the record books.
The Miz and Maryse Ouellet
Some of the couples on this list have been keen to hide their relationship from the spotlight. Then you have these two WWE figures do the opposite! They got hitched in 2014 and have been very public about their relationship.

Maryse has been doing some work outside of WWE and stars in the reality show Miz & Mrs with her husband. She is even the co-producer. Maryse also speaks French and knows some Spanish, too. What an incredible woman!
Jeff Hardy & Beth Britt
Have you ever heard the phrase “the right place at the right time?” It seems that is the perfect way to describe this relationship! Jeff and Beth met completely by chance while they were both partying at a nightclub.

They got married in 2011, resulting in the birth of two children. Beth has been nothing but a positive influence on Jeff’s life and has helped him combat many personal demons. We hope they continue to stay strong together.
AJ Styles and Wendy Jones
Another popular phrase is that “opposites attract.” That is certainly true for this 20-year relationship between professional wrestler AJ styles and high school teacher Wendy Jones. You can’t get more different than these two, who are truly perfect together.

They were married in 2000, resulting in three sons and a daughter. We can imagine that they will either grow up to be professional wrestlers or brilliant teachers. Either way, they for sure have some fantastic role models as parents.
Johnny Gargano & Candice LeRae
Unlike some of the other couples on this, Candice actually worked as a professional wrestler just a few years before her husband. She became part of the WWE franchise in 2002, but her husband did not join until 2005.

That doesn’t mean he is any less committed than her, though. Johnny has actually been working as a wrestler since the age of 8! We can imagine that they have a lot of things to discuss since they’re so similar.
Kevin Nash & Tamara McMichael
This story seems like it is too good to be true, but it really is! Tamara and Kevin first met in 1988 but eventually separated in 2000. It appears that their days in the sun had ended, but apparently not.

The pair gave things another shot and seemed to be happier than ever. Perhaps it’s the difference in their careers that makes things so good between them. While Kevin is a very successful wrestler for WWE, Tamara is a realtor.
Shane McMahon & Marissa Mazzola
The McMahon family are some of the most famous individuals in all WWE history. So, it is pretty unsurprising that Shane became a pro-wrestler, as his father is one of the CEOs for WWE. However, Marissa is entirely different!

She initially worked as a WWE host and has recently branched out into other areas of entertainment. She might not have ever trained as a wrestler, but we reckon she’s more than a match for Shane. They married in 1996.
